Lambton Works Centre and S&R Group to host PSW hiring event

Sarnia, ON – Lambton Works Centre, in partnership with S&R Group, is hosting a Personal Support Worker (PSW) Hiring Event on Tuesday, August 18, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Lambton Shared Services Centre, located at 162 Lochiel Street in Sarnia.

Interested and qualified job seekers must register in advance with the Lambton Works team by submitting a resume to JobDevelopment@county-lambton.on.ca by Monday, August 17. Candidates who are selected for an interview will be contacted directly and  interviews will take place throughout the day, providing certified PSWs with an opportunity to connect directly with hiring representatives.

“For many job seekers, knowing where to start can be the biggest challenge,” said Scott Case, Job Developer, Lambton Works Employment Services. “That’s where Lambton Works comes in. We’re here to connect people with opportunities, provide support along the way, and help employers find qualified candidates. Personal Support Workers play a vital role in our community, and this event gives certified PSWs the opportunity to learn about available positions and interview on-site.”
