    Wyoming, ON – At its regular meeting on Wednesday, October 1, Lambton County Council:

    • Heard a presentation from Delegate Integrity Commissioner, Rebecca Hines, Senior Associate with Hunter Legal LLP, regarding the Integrity Commissioner Report for Code of Conduct Complaint 2025-01 dated September 23, 2025.
    • Passed the recommendations made by the Delegate Integrity Commissioner, regarding the Integrity Commissioner Report for Code of Conduct Complaint 2025-01 dated September 23, 2025.

    • Heard a presentation from Graham Cubitt, President, Flourish Affordable Housing Communities, and Natasha Thuemler, Regional Director, Indwell Community Homes, regarding the progress of supportive and affordable housing initiatives in Lambton County.
    • Endorsed a resolution from the Regional Municipality of Halton regarding provincial and federal collaboration and ensuring municipalities have access to fully funded.

    Council approves 2025 County Budget

    Wyoming, ON - Lambton County Council has approved a net levy rate increase of 5.3% to the County property tax levy, finalizing the County's 2025 Budget at the Council meeting held this morning.

    2025 Draft County Budget presented to County Council

    Wyoming, ON - Lambton County Council will be considering a net increase of 4.8% to the County property tax levy when it meets to discuss the County's 2025 budget at the Council meeting scheduled for Wednesday, March 5, 2025.

    Wyoming, ON – Enniskillen Township Mayor Kevin Marriott will be serving a third consecutive term as Lambton County Warden.

    Marriott was acclaimed to the position by his peers on Lambton County Council Wednesday morning and will serve as the 161st Warden of the County of Lambton.
