“With the theme of “I Love My Library”, we have several events planned so that patrons can show us their love of libraries,” said Darlene Coke, Manager, Library Services.

Florence Library hours set to increase following community inputWyoming, ON – After consulting the residents of Dawn-Euphemia through a survey, Lambton County Library will adjust the hours of operation at Florence Library beginning September 1, 2025.
Once the changes are implemented, Florence Library’s hours of operation will double, and the library will be open on two additional days of the week.

Library releases survey to gather public feedback on new hours of operation in Dawn-EuphemiaWyoming, ON – Residents of Dawn-Euphemia Township and Lambton County Library patrons are being asked for their feedback concerning expanded hours of operation coming to Florence Library in September following the scheduled permanent closure of Shetland Library on August 29, 2025.
In February, Councils of Dawn-Euphemia Township and Lambton County approved a recommendation to close Shetland Library due to an inability to renovate the library branch to meet accessibility standards.
