- Heard an update presentation from the Sarnia-Lambton Economic Partnership regarding the organization's pursuit of streamlined governance and improved accountability.
- Received a report denoting Councillor Bill Dennis (Sarnia), Councillor Frank Nemcek, and Councillor Larry Wagner (Oil Springs) as their respective municipality's Alternate Member of Lambton County Council.

Sarnia-Lambton prepares to host visitors from the Intelligent Community ForumSarnia-Lambton, ON - Sarnia-Lambton will be bustling with activity next week as the community welcomes representatives from the Intelligent Community Forum (ICF).
The guests, in town Wednesday, April 24 through Friday, April 26, will be touring Sarnia-Lambton as part of ICF's Intelligent Community of the Year competition.

Rabies vaccination clinics (1)Point Edward, ON - Several low-cost rabies vaccination clinics will be held across Lambton County beginning the end of March and continuing into May.
The clinics are open to all cats and dogs, three (3) months of age and older.

Paint Ontario returns to Lambton Heritage MuseumGrand Bend, ON - Lambton Heritage Museum will once again play host to the popular Paint Ontario show.
The exhibition runs March 29 to April 20, 2019 and features over 200 original paintings that bring to life the beauty, character, and diversity of Ontario.

Cold Weather Alert extended for Lambton CountyPoint Edward, ON - Lambton’s Medical Officer of Health has extended a COLD WEATHER ALERT for Lambton County based on the latest forecast from Environment Canada that predicts the temperature to meet the threshold of -15°C.
The alert is expected to remain in effect until Wednesday.

Snow removal was identified as a priority in the Age Friendly Sarnia Committee's 2017 Action Plan.
