Applications being accepted for Affordable Housing Seed Funding ProgramSarnia, ON – The Housing Services Department is accepting applications for a new Affordable Housing Seed Funding Program, which provides grant funding to assist with the planning costs of building new affordable housing projects.
Subject to Council approval at the September 6, 2023 meeting, the program will provide up to $200,000 per approved project, up to a maximum total of $500,000 for all approved projects in 2023.
